专利说明:
[0001] TECHNICAL FIELD AND PRIOR ART The present invention relates to protective clothing for 5 clean rooms. Classically, staff are equipped to work in clean rooms hooded protective suits, if necessary independent and removable, and if necessary additional protective glasses. A problem with cleanroom protective clothing is to prevent staff from contaminating them when they get dressed. Combinations for clean rooms of a structure to prevent the user from manipulating the outer wall of his suit 15 during the dressing have for example been proposed by the patent application FR2809933. The need to wear glasses in sterile areas in pharmaceutical production plants or medical-surgical instruments has also become more and more pressing in recent years. It is a question of protecting both the person from splashing products and protecting the working environment and the manufactured products from the contamination that may come from the person (eyelashes, peeling, etc.). To solve the problem of contamination during dressing, it has also been proposed in the patent application FR2928260 cleanroom protection glasses that allow a user to implement them by manipulating only fastening loops provided for this purpose, without having to touch the rest of the glasses. Also known are protective suits for white rooms incorporating at the opening of the eyes visors which are slid into slides provided for this purpose at the opening of the eyes of the hood. These visor combinations slipped at the opening of the eyes of the suit, however, are very uncomfortable for the staff, since the visor is more or less plated on the face of the operator. In most cases hoods with visors are of a construction that does not partition the eye part of the mouth part. This causes the formation of steam, except to use fairly common ventilation systems is to use the mesh in the mouth, 10 material nevertheless generally prohibited in the clean room for its too weak filtering effect. Foam systems may optionally be provided just above the visor to provide a space between the visor and the face of the person who has donned the suit. These systems are, however, insufficient and deteriorate rapidly during the successive washings of the combinations. More generally, systems having visors slid at the eye openings are unsatisfactory in terms of the maintenance process, as the visors are washed independently of the suits or discarded after use and replaced with new visors, which multiplies the manipulations and the problems of management, storage, etc. linked to the fact that the protection system consists of several separate articles. GENERAL PRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION The invention proposes an assembly that does not have the drawbacks of the prior art. It proposes in particular a set for clean rooms comprising: o a hood or a hooded protective suit, said hood having an opening for the eyes, o frame-type protective eyewear of the type ensuring a spacing between the visor of the glasses and the support on the face of the user, the goggles being attached to the hood, at the opening of the eyes thereof, the hood or hood suit and goggles thus forming a single article. Such a set has the advantage of being robust over time while allowing a better user comfort for users. It helps to facilitate the procedure of dressing and undressing. [0002] It allows to reduce the time of dressing by proposing only one article. It further limits handling of articles that generate potential biological contamination of previously sterilized items. [0003] It decreases the number of items to manage, store, inventory. It also decreases losses. It also reduces the costs of ownership and use (one item rented, treated instead of two). The assembly according to the invention may also comprise the following features, taken alone or in any of their technically possible combinations: the frame of the protective goggles is fixed on all or part of the periphery of the edge the opening for the eyes; 25 - the framing frame is of the type comprising a frame of the visor, a depth of return and an edge for the support on the face of the user, and in that said frame is fixed on the edge of the opening the hood or hood suit with said support edge - the depth return and the frame of the visor protrude outwardly of the suit; the frame includes indirect ventilation; the mask part of the suit is fixed on the lower part of the spectacles, close to the frame rim or on the latter, this part of the hood in front of the mouth and at the level of the neck having a shape making it possible to dispense the air exhaled towards the part of the hood in front of the neck and towards the thorax and thus to limit the phenomena of fogging. The invention also proposes a process for the preparation of such an assembly before cleaning which makes it possible to protect the protective glasses from damage during washing. The assembly according to the invention may also comprise the following characteristic: the article thus prepared is placed in a washing bag. PRESENTATION OF THE FIGURES Other features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the description which follows, which is purely illustrative and nonlimiting, and should be read with reference to the appended figures in which: FIGS. representations illustrating the attachment of the goggles relative to the opening edge of the hood 20 of the combination associated therewith; FIGS. 2a to 2e illustrate the adaptation of the glasses to the format of the head of the user during the dressing thereof; - Figures 3a to 3e illustrate different stages of a possible preparation of the assembly of Figure 1 before cleaning thereof. DESCRIPTION OF ONE OR MORE MODES OF IMPLEMENTATION AND REALIZATION The assembly illustrated in FIG. 1 comprises protective goggles 1 and a combination 2 which has a hood 2a. [0004] The goggles 1 and the combination 2 together form a single article. Alternatively, the hood 2a may be independent and removable from the rest of the combination 2, in which case the protective goggles 5 form a single assembly with the hood 2a. The protective goggles 1 comprise a frame mount 3 and a transparent visor 4. The frame-frame 3 is made of a plastic material allowing a certain flexibility, for example polyvinyl chloride, while the visor 4 is for example in methyl methacrylate or polycarbonate. The frame-frame 3 has a general shape B with on the front a groove frame 5 for receiving the visor 4. This frame is a piece with a wall forming a depth of return 6 with respect to this frame 5 of visor. This return of depth 6 ends itself with an edge 7 intended to bear on the face of the user. This edge 7 is sewn (seam 7a) on all or part of the outer periphery of the opening of the hood of the combination 2, so that the combination 2 and the protective goggles 1 form one and the same article . The glasses 1 can be closed, with a frame-mount 3 which has no direct opening, but which comprises - as shown in Figures la and lb - indirect ventilation 11 (baffles forming dust traps). Other fasteners than a seam attachment could of course be considered: heat sealing, specific bonding, etc. The seam 7a (or more generally the attachment) may extend over the entire periphery of the opening of the eyes of the hood. Alternatively, it may be only partial. Indeed to allow the passage of eyeglasses 30 of view can for example be reserved the opportunity not to sew / fix the sides at the temples, the seam 7a or the attachment extending only at the upper edges and lower, see only at one of these two edges (upper edge for example). [0005] Furthermore, the part of the combination that is split to form a breathing mask for the user can be sewn / attached to the lower part of the glasses 1, close to or on the frame flange 5, so that to give this part of the hood in front of the mouth and the neck a shape that allows the exhaled air to flow to the part of the hood in front of the neck and to the thorax and thus to limit the phenomena of fogging. It is understood that such an article is particularly robust. It can undergo many wash cycles without degrading. [0006] It allows a good protection, as well as a great comfort of use. The combination is for example of the type described in patent FR2809933 which may advantageously refer to the dressing procedure. The proposed set where the combination and the glasses form a single article is indeed particularly suitable for a dressing from the back, with the inner face of the visor glasses directly facing the user. As illustrated in FIGS. 2a to 2e, once the body of the combination 2 has been threaded and the rear closure is raised to the top of the back leaving the hood 2a open, the user catches the hood 2a from the inside. of it to go up on his head (Figure 2a, 2b). The hood 2a has clamping strips 8 which adjust said hood 2a to the head of the user. These strips 8 extend from the frame frame 3, at the temples of the user. The user grasps his straps 8 and closes them one on the other to adjust the hood 2a to his head (Figure 2d and 2e). The combination can of course be of any other type and in particular be of the type with zipper at the crotch. In order to avoid any deterioration of the visor 4 of the glasses during washing, a particular preparation may be provided prior to any washing. For example, the procedure is as follows. [0007] The rear closure of the combination 2 is closed to the top of the hood 2a. The combination 2 thus closed is placed flat on a surface, with the visor 4 of the protective glasses 1 directed towards the manipulator (Figure 3a). [0008] The glasses 1 are turned on themselves to bring the visor 4 into contact with the fabric of the hood 2a (FIG. 3b). The back of the hood is then brought back to the operator (Figure 3c). Male snap fasteners 9a at the top of the hood 2a are used for attaching female snaps 9b carried by the clamping straps 8 (Figure 3e). The combination 2 is then folded back on itself and on the protective glasses 1 which are thus protected. The article can be treated. The sterilization is carried out by autoclaving, the article folded according to the process described above being for example placed in a second cloth bag (washing bag) provided for this purpose. Other sterilization processes (ethylene oxide, Gamma, Beta or X radiation) can of course be used. 20
